IFW Optronics GmbH has introduced their new UV-NIR Photodiodes for spectroscopy and broadband UV-NIR measurements.  These UV-NIR detectors have a spectral range of 190 – 1100 nm and very low noise.  They come with an integrated amplifier and thermal cooling.
