Laser Diode Modules Also see: Laser Diodes IMM offers a variety of Standard Laser Diode Modules, including Point Laser Modules and Line Laser Modules.  Modules are usually controlled by an integrated driver on the laser driver board.  Safety features include soft power on, protection against reverse polarity and over-voltage protection. Operating voltage for all modules is 3 V and/or 5 V. Options for power adjustment between zero and maximum power output with the capability for an analog modulated operation mode with a modulation frequency over TTL-signal up to 25 kHz and digital modulation up to 200 kHz are available.
