IMM
Photonics GmbH has developed their Fiber Combiner. This Fiber
Combiner allows you to merge light from several sources (e.g. laser,
laser diodes, High Power LEDs etc.) into one fiber. With the Fiber
Combiner, it is possible in fluorescence-microscopical applications to
illuminate samples with different wave lengths or to combine several
optical signals on a single detector.
The Fiber Combiner can be fitted with the standard ST, FC, SMA, DIN,
E2000 connectors or special ferrules and adapters as required for your
application. IMM can vary the diameter, length and number of the
fibers to meet your requirements. The Fiber Combiner in the picture
consists of four 400 µm HCP fibers 300 mm long terminated with ST
connectors.
Applications include a variety of sensor applications, in the fields
of biotechnology, medical technology, lighting technology etc.

New Laser Diode
Module with thermo electric cooler (TEC)
The
new temperature stabilized Laser Diode Modules from IMM Photonics
GmbH are available in the wavelength range from 375 nm to 2000 nm. The
output power is depending on the laser diode used.
The new module series is equipped with a bipolar TEC-controller. This
allows the laser’s temperature to be stabilized to optimize its
performance. The temperature is controlled externally via a SUB-D
connector. The size of the Laser Diode Module is a compact, 38 mm
diameter by 160 mm long.
The TEC-Laser Diode Modules are very well suitable for measuring and
analytical application .
