The Universal Precision Welding Machine

THE STRONGEST AND MOST VERSATILE WELDING MACHINE

The professional precision welding machine for industry, even for thin material thicknesses . Where others stop, we begin: The new  Micro Arc Welder enables TIG welding of the thinnest material thicknesses and complex structures in an area largely considered unsuitable for conventional TIG welding machines .
With pre-adjusted parameters for a variety of alloys and metals (such as stainless steel and other steels, various nickel-based alloys, mu-metals, titanium, copper, platinum, gold, silver and some aluminum) and its broad yet finely tunable performance spectrum, the Micro Arc Welder masters even the most challenging welding tasks in a wide variety of industries.

The Lampert Fine Welding Principle

The welding process with Lampert precision welding machines is largely automatic, which allows the welding process to be carried out very easily and reproducibly.

After the operator has made the basic settings on the welding machine regarding the metal type and welding situation, precision welding can begin.  The welding process in micro pulse welding is initiated by lightly touching the workpiece with the electrode tip . The welding process itself is automatic and requires no further intervention from the operator.

Lampert’s precision welding technology delivers precise welds with the highest accuracy while minimizing thermal stress on the workpiece and minimizing deformation.
