The Universal Precision Welding Machine
THE STRONGEST AND MOST VERSATILE WELDING MACHINE

The Lampert Fine Welding Principle
The welding process with Lampert precision welding machines is largely automatic, which allows the welding process to be carried out very easily and reproducibly.
After the operator has made the basic settings on the welding machine regarding the metal type and welding situation, precision welding can begin. The welding process in micro pulse welding is initiated by lightly touching the workpiece with the electrode tip . The welding process itself is automatic and requires no further intervention from the operator.
Lampert’s precision welding technology delivers precise welds with the highest accuracy while minimizing thermal stress on the workpiece and minimizing deformation.

The Micro Arc Welder – the Universal Precision Welding Machine
The professional precision welding machine for industry, even for thin material thicknesses . Where others stop, we begin: The new Micro Arc Welder enables TIG welding of the thinnest material thicknesses and complex structures in an area largely considered unsuitable for conventional TIG welding machines.
With pre-adjusted parameters for a variety of alloys and metals (such as stainless steel and other steels, various nickel-based alloys, mu-metals, titanium, copper, platinum, gold, silver and some aluminum) and its broad yet finely tunable performance spectrum, the Micro Arc Welder masters even the most challenging welding tasks in a wide variety of industries.

Micro Arc Welder is Great for all these reasons:
Welding
- Precision TIG welder for industry with long-term proven welding curves for all common weldable metals and alloys.
- Enormous versatility of the welding machine thanks to the power range of 5 – 1200 A, even for very thin material thicknesses
- High maximum power on demand for penetration depths of over 1 mm (with 1.3 mm electrode)
- Spot weld sequence with 3-step selectable speed up to 3.3 Hz
- High resistance without degradation even at high continuous output
- The tool is also suitable for tough industrial applications
Handpiece, electrode and contact
- Stable and agile electrode stroke for fast, easily reproducible welding results
- Compatible with all Lampert standard and premium electrodes from 0.6 to 1.3 mm diameter
- Weight-optimized handpiece with high-precision ceramic electrode guide (optional) for industrial use
- Minimized power loss at high welding currents: Reinforced connection sockets for contacting tools with safety plug
Operation
- Clear, simple device control with single-screen configuration
- Fine adjustment of the power output from 1 – 100 % for pulse strength and 0.1 to 34 ms for pulse duration
- High-resolution display with 768 x 576 pixels for maximum viewing angle under all environmental conditions
- Newly designed, patented welding process control preventing welding errors
- Intuitive one-hand operation even with gloves on
